3. Data We Collect

When you use AI Revenue Engine, we collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Website URL — to analyze your digital presence
Business sector and objective — to personalize the diagnosis
Email address — if you purchase a report or subscribe (via payment processor)
Campaign data — offers, ICP, leads generated during your sessions

We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or data about children.

4. How We Use Your Data

To generate your growth audit and diagnostic report
To build your ICP, persona and qualified lead list
To generate personalized outreach messages
To store your campaign history across sessions
To improve the quality of AI outputs (anonymized, aggregated)

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Lead Data — B2B Only

AI Revenue Engine generates B2B lead lists based on publicly available business information. All leads are:

Professional entities (companies, not private individuals)
Generated from public sources (Google Places API, AI inference from public data)
Intended for legitimate B2B prospecting only

Users are solely responsible for how they use generated lead data and must comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

6. Data Retention

Your campaign data is retained for 12 months from your last activity, then permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing j.roudias@studiobutterflycasablanca.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of your data
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Deletion — request complete removal of your data
Portability — receive your data in a structured format
Objection — object to certain processing

8. Applicable Regulations

AI Revenue Engine operates internationally and complies with:

GDPR — General Data Protection Regulation (European Union)
CNDP — Loi 09-08 (Morocco)

CAN-SPAM Act — Commercial Email Law (United States)
CCPA — California Consumer Privacy Act (USA — California residents)

9. Cookies

AI Revenue Engine does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We use only essential session data stored locally in your browser to maintain your session state.

10. AI & Third-Party Processing

Our service uses Anthropic Claude API to generate diagnostic reports, strategies, and messages. Data sent to Anthropic is governed by their Privacy Policy. We do not send personally identifiable information to Anthropic — only anonymized business context (URL, sector, objective).

11. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, API key protection, and Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables. No system is 100% secure — in the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.
